 | Poko Poko are dance wands that express the creativity of the carver – axes, spears (like this one), people pigs or any other icon the carver fancies are used as terminals and it is rare to find two that are alike. This colourful old example (1960s or 1970s) has a spear point, a rooster's head and a winding snake – perhaps the snake is chasing the rooster? Length 88 cm / 34 ½ inches.
